On November 19, IMPACT Wrestling taped content at Old Forester’s Paristown Hall in Louisville, Kentucky. The taping was advertised as the company’s “Kentucky Chaos” tapings.

- Moose def. Bhupinder Gujjar.
- Moose inadvertently called out Joe Hendry, and Gujjar speared Moose after Henry came out
- Kazarian def. Steve Maclin via DQ.
- Mickie James def. Deonna Purrazzo.
- IMPACT Knockouts World Champion Jordynne Grace told James to challenge her for the title at IMPACT Hard To Kill.
- Heath and Rhino vs. The Motor City Machine Guns (Chris Sabin and Alex Shelley ) ended in a no contest when The Major Players ( Matt Cardona and Brian Myers) got involved.
- Savannah Evans def. Taya Valkyrie.
- IMPACT World Josh Alexander issued an open challenge. He said he’d let Ray keep his pay-per-view match if he faced him then and there. Ray didn’t answer, but Mike Bailey accepted the challenge.
- Josh Alexander def. Mike Bailey
- After the match, Kenny King attacked Bailey. Bully Ray came down and attacked Alexander when he tried to help Bailey.
