WWE SmackDown viewership increased on November 11, both in the total viewership and in the demographic rating.
According to Brandon Thurston of Wrestlenomics, 2.264 million viewers watched the show on Friday night. This number is up from last week, when 2.138 million viewers tuned in.
In the 18 to 49 demographic, SmackDown scored a 0.58 rating, which is also up from last week (0.48 rating in the same demographic). Thurston noted that SmackDown ranked first in the demographic among broadcast primetime and cable originals. SmackDown drew it’s highest demographic rating since September 23 and its highest total viewership since October 14, per Thurston.

This week’s episode featured the beginning of the SmackDown World Cup; Santos Escobar faced Shinsuke Nakamura, and Braun Strowman battled Jinder Mahal. The show also included a Six-Pack Challenge for a shot at the SmackDown Women’s Championship. Plus, The Usos defended the Undisputed WWE Tag Team Championship against The New Day.
