Thunder Rosa says she’s coming back soon, but she doesn’t have an exact timeline as to when she’ll be able to reveal more information.
Rosa, the reigning AEW Women’s World Champion at the time, was pulled from AEW All Out due to an injury, and the company crowned an interim champion at the pay-per-view. Rosa has been sidelined ever since, and it has been unclear when she will return to the ring.
Rosa went live on Instagram on November 10 and offered a brief update by noting that she’s getting better. She also thanked everyone for their support.
“Shoutout to all the AEW women’s division, you guys are doing great. But I’m getting better. Time is coming. I’m coming back soon,” Rosa said. “I know you guys are really eager to know when I’m coming back. The news will come later. I’m sorry, I don’t have a timeline. I do want to thank everyone for being so happy to see me and asking to come back.”
In October, Rosa said she didn’t have an exact timeline for her return. During her absence, Toni Storm has been the reigning AEW Interim Women’s World Champion. She will defend the gold against Jamie Hayter at AEW Full Gear.
WrestleZone will provide more information as it becomes available.
