WWE SmackDown Superstar Natalya recently underwent surgery for a dislocated nose that will keep “The Queen of Harts” on the sidelines for an extended period of time.
In the latest issue of the Wrestling Observer Newsletter, Dave Meltzer wrote about her dislocated nose and revealed that she worked the entire WWE European tour with the injury. Unfortunately for Natalya, she will reportedly be out of action for a minimum of three months after she had surgery on November 7.
“Natalya suffered a dislocated nose and needed surgery on 11/7,” Meltzer wrote. “She will be out of action a minimum of three months and perhaps a little longer because they will be waiting for it to fully heal and this isn’t the three weeks back after ankle surgery she did a few years back to prove she could.”
Meltzer noted that he believes the injury occurred when Baszler kneed Natalya on the face on SmackDown, which was taped on October 28. He noted that the surgery centered her nose back in place, but she did not have a cosmetic procedure. The surgery also fixed her difficulty breathing properly while she was wrestling with the injury.
On behalf of everyone at WrestleZone, we send well wishes to Natalya and hope to see her back in the ring again soon.
