Tony Khan believes the presence of Renee Paquette on AEW Dynamite has made a big difference in their product over the last month.
All Elite Wrestling owner Tony Khan was a guest on Wednesday’s episode of Busted Open Radio with Tommy Dreamer and Mickie James to discuss a wide variety of subjects. When Tommy Dreamer praised the changes to AEW Dynamite that have occurred since implementing Renee Paquette into the product over the last month, Khan said he couldn’t agree more.
“I totally agree, and I do think that’s the case,” Tony Khan said. “Since she came in at Toronto about three weeks ago, I think it’s been outstanding. That was the show right after the three-year anniversary show, and I totally agree with you. These last three weeks, Renee has really helped take the show to another level. And we’ve seen a lot of great segments, both live interviews, and interviews backstage.
“Tonight, in particular, I’m really excited for a sit-down interview with Dr. Britt Baker, DMD and Saraya. And they’re both going to talk to Renee, and of course, that is a result of an interview they did last week backstage that got out of control. Renee is going to sit down with them and try and resolve this and hopefully find a good solution for the wrestling fans and for Britt and Saraya to move forward here in AEW. That’s one of the things I’m really excited about that.”
