Check out last week’s coverage: WWE NXT Results (10/25/22): Two Tag Title Matches
In-Ring Segment: Bron Breakker
Breakker wants to address the crowd after his victory at Halloween Havoc. Breakker puts over Wes Lee and his title win. Pretty Deadly inturupts and complaints about Breakker taking up their ring time. Wes Lee joins and notes that it’s not a big deal because Wilson and Prince both have great hair. Breakker inspects Prince’s hair and agrees. Breakker agrees and gives Prince and Wilson the ring.
Lee and Breakker give Pretty Deadly a proper introduction and officially challenge them for the tag titles later tonight. Wilson goes nuts and says opening the show sucks and this can’t get any worse. R-Truth’s music immediately hits, and Wilson and Prince are not amused. Truth daps up Breakker and Lee as Pretty Deadly slinks off.

R-Truth vs. Grayson Waller
Waller yells at Truth about this being his house. Truth slaps Waller. Waller double-legs Truth and lands a few strikes. Waller and Truth trade headlocks and strikes. Truth sends Waller out of the ring. Truth tries a dive, but he misses Waller by THAT much. Truth seems to have hurt his knee in the process. The referee checks on Truth as we go to the commercial break. After the break, the medical staff helps Truth to the back. The referee calls for the bell and grants the win to Waller.
Winner- Grayson Waller
After the match, Waller grabs a mic and says it doesn’t matter who it is or where they are from. It could be Raw, NXT, or SmackDown. No one can touch him. He just beat a 20-year vet on his own. NXT is Grayson Waller’s house, and no one is going to change that.
Brainwashed? Not a chance. @AvaRaineWWE and The Schism know exactly what they're doing.#WWENXT pic.twitter.com/q8FfWdX4wR
