The “Top Guys” are coming to Japan.
In a tweet on October 24, New Japan Pro-Wrestling announced that FTR (Dax Harwood and Cash Wheeler) are coming to the Battle Autumn event on November 5. Wheeler and Harwood currently hold the IWGP Tag Team Championship, and in a video message, they told NJPW to give them their best. They made it clear that being the IWGP Tag Team Titles has always been one of their top goals, and they want to cement their status as the best tag team in the world.

The November 5 event will mark FTR’s first trip to Japan since they won the gold at AEW x NJPW Forbidden Door in June. They faced Aussie Open at NJPW Royal Quest II in London, and they have also worked some stateside shows for NJPW STRONG.
In addition to the IWGP titles, Harwood and Wheeler are the reigning ROH World Tag Team Champions and the AAA World Tag Team Champions. They recently defended the ROH titles against the Gates of Agony (Toa Liona and Kaun) at AEW Battle of the Belts IV.
