Preston Vance loves getting advice from the veterans in the All Elite Wrestling locker room.
Dark Order’s Preston Vance, also known as 10, was a recent guest on Busted Open Radio with Dave LaGreca and Mark Henry to discuss a wide variety of subjects. When asked about taking advice from the veterans backstage, Vance named multiple people he’s learned from. He emphasized how he can go to Ring of Honor World Champion Chris Jericho for feedback any time and noted that he has been significantly helpful.
“I take it either way. I mean, I’ve had both,” Preston Vance said. “I’ve gone up to people and asked them, and they’d come up to me, and I appreciate any feedback because guys like you [Mark Henry] and Jericho and Big Show and Taz, like all these guys made a lot of money in this business. So why wouldn’t you listen to them?
“Jericho is the one I go to the most about stuff, I think, just to pick his brain like storylines and stuff like that. And he is so beyond willing to help all the younger talent, and he’s someone who doesn’t he doesn’t have to, obviously. He’s a freakin rock star, but he’s been great with me. He’s helped me pretty significantly in the past eight months, I’d say. So I love getting advice because you’re in your own ways forever. You don’t know if stuff is working or not until someone tells you it isn’t.”
Vance will compete on the October 21 episode of AEW Rampage. WrestleZone will have coverage of the show as it airs.
