WWE has postponed two upcoming live events due to Hurricane Ian.
The company announced that the NXT show at University Area Community Complex in Tampa on September 30 will now be held on December 17. Likewise, the October 1 event at the Dade City Armory in Dade City will now be held on November 11. WWE noted that previously purchased tickets will be honored on the new dates.
The latest reports predict that Hurricane Ian will make landfall on Wednesday, September 28. President Biden has approved a state of emergency declaration, and over two million residents in Florida are under evacuation orders.
