Motor City Machine Guns are back at the top of the heap.
Having defeated Aussie Open’s Kyle Fletcher and Mark Davis on September 22, Alex Shelley and Chris Sabin, the Motor City Machine Guns, Now find themselves in a familiar position headed towards the Tag Team Championship match at Bound For Glory 2022.
On October 7, they will fight for not only the gold but for the honor of the IMPACT Wrestling brand against Honor No More’s Matt Taven and Mike Bennett.
The Motor City Machine Guns have their sights set on reclaiming their spot at the top of the tag team division. At Bound For Glory, they’ll have an opportunity to do just that when they challenge Honor No More’s Matt Taven and Mike Bennett for the IMPACT World Tag Team Titles. A victory over one of professional wrestling’s most accomplished tag teams, The Good Brothers, earned Chris Sabin and Alex Shelley a match against NJPW STRONG Tag Team Champions Aussie Open. The Guns stood tall after a hard-fought contest and, as a result, punched their tickets to the biggest event of the year. Can the Motor City Machine Guns fight their way to a third reign with the IMPACT World Tag Team Titles? Or will Taven and Bennett continue Honor No More’s reign of dominance over IMPACT Wrestling?
Additionally, it’s been announced that before Bound for Glory, the Machine Guns will face Vincent and PCO at the Victory Road special on Friday, September 23.
BREAKING: Before they challenge for the World Tag Team Titles at #BoundForGlory, @SuperChrisSabin and @fakekinkade will face @TheHorrorKingVM and @PCOisNotHuman TOMORROW at #VictoryRoad in Nashville!
