Bhupinder Gujjar is looking forward to he airing of his ladder match against IMPACT Digital Media Champion Brian Myers, which will air on the September 22 episode of IMPACT Wrestling.
The match was taped at the IMPACT Lone Star Stampede taping on August 27, and the television audience will finally get the chance to see it this Thursday.
In an interview with Riju Dasputa of Sportskeeda Wrestling, Gujjar previewed the bout by stating that it will be one of the biggest matches of his life.
“Yeah, big match coming up. It’s going to be a ladder match for the Digital Media [Title]. One of the biggest matches of my life, and one of the best match of my life is coming next Thursday, September 22. You guys are gonna love it.
Gujjar was also asked to describe what fans can expect to see in the ladder match, and he teased that it will feature some “crazy stuff.” He also noted that he broke his nose during the bout, and he emphasized that he gave it his all during the bout.
“I think it’s the first match IMPACT’s having after five years, like last match was in 2017, if I’m not wrong,” Gujjar said. “After five years, it’s worth it. You’re gonna see all the crazy stuff. You’re gonna see blood, and I got a broken nose from that, so you can get an idea how big this match is going to be. We performed some great some great stunts. As an Indian wrestler, I was never expecting it to be happening like this early, but it happened, and it went great. I gave my 200%. It’s going to be a great match. It’s worth watching.”
