Brock Lesnar is the type of guy you wouldn’t want to fight in a Waffle House at one o’clock in the morning, according to Scotty 2 Hotty.
Scotty 2 Hotty was a recent guest on Wrestling Then And Now to discuss a wide variety of subjects. When asked about his thoughts on Brock Lesnar, Scotty wished that fans would stop dissecting everything to do with professional wrestling.
“[Brock Lesnar is] another one, same thing, right? Like, ‘ahh, he’s a part-timer; why are you putting the belt on him?’ It’s pro wrestling; stop dissecting these guys. Stop dissecting pro wrestling and trying to make sense of it all and just sit back, shut up, and enjoy it,” Scotty 2 Hotty said. “I swear the Theme Park fans. I say this because I’m a huge Disney nerd, but you know I follow a lot of the Disney dirt sheets, and it’s always, it used to be better. It always used to be better, and I could do it better.
“But sometimes the fans don’t understand like; you got a guy like Brock Lesnar. If you and I were sitting in a Denny’s or Waffle House at one o’clock in the morning and a dude that looks like Brock Lesnar walks in there, you go, I don’t want to fight that guy no matter what. And I know I don’t know who that guy is. But I know he’s a superstar, he’s a celebrity, he’s something. Guys like him, they’re not a dime a dozen, and there’s a reason that Brock Lesnar is where he’s at.”
