There’s a better chance than ever that Bray Wyatt might eventually find his way back to WWE.
According to Fightful’s Sean Ross Sapp (via Fightful Select), Bray Wyatt’s name has been pitched for a return within WWE creative. Although that’s not guaranteeing anything, the new regime under Triple H would seemingly be more open to Wyatt’s return to the company as opposed to Vince McMahon.
Sapp reports that one WWE talent told him that they could tell that Vince McMahon was “simply done” with Wyatt and didn’t like him personally. With McMahon going as far as to “shout derogatory things at Bray Wyatt about his physique” in front of other people backstage.
Although talent believes this actually has to do with Wyatt being vocal about the creative direction of his character, why is why word emerged following his release that he had a “bad attitude” backstage, which came from people who worked alongside McMahon.
Several WWE Superstars have told Sapp they would go to bat for Wyatt to bring him back to the company, although they don’t think they will have to.
It’s also worth noting that Sapp says those close to Wyatt “have started to get very quiet about happenings with him,” this is a big change compared to what they have done with other rumors and reports in the past.
