Taya Valkyrie is prepared to beat VXT at Emergence.
During a recent interview with Spencer Love of Love Wrestling, Taya Valkyrie discussed her preparations for defending the IMPACT Knockouts World Tag Team Championship against VXT at Emergence this Friday.
“Well, Chelsea [Green], my Vancouver island sister… love her, but she’s going to get beat up.” After a laugh, Valkyrie continued, “And obviously Deonna [Purrazzo], I have a very long history with her having wrestled for the Reina de Reinas title, the Knockouts title, all these different things. So I know them extremely well. I know how much they want this, but they just, to me, they don’t stand a chance against Ragnarok.”
“I mean, I have the ‘Demon Assassin’ Rosemary as my tag team partner, and ringside, as always, Jessicka [Havok], someone who is our new ally, someone who is so much fun and adds some excitement to this dynamic between us too. And VXT doesn’t stand a chance. I respect both of them. I respect VXT so much, but we are Ragnarok. We are unbeatable and I’ll leave it at that.”
Taya Valkyrie elaborated on her recent experiences collaborating with Rosemary and Havok in IMPACT.
“It’s been amazing. I respect Rosemary on so much as such a creative genius that she is in this sport. Working with someone like Jessicka Havok is a dream. We all have worked with each other for years and we just have this natural–like you said–finishing each other’s sentences, and we creatively bounce off each other so well. I also just think it’s really fun that we are just so different–all three of us–and it adds this excitement.” Valkyrie concluded, “I couldn’t be happier than have someone like those two by my side.”
