Damian Priest wants to face Edge, but he’s waiting for the right time and the right place.
Back at WrestleMania 38, Priest aligned with the WWE Hall of Famer and helped him beat AJ Styles. The duo then formed the Judgment Day and eventually recruited Rhea Ripley. Finn Balor joined the stable and, along with his new partners, promptly kicked Edge out of it. “The Rated-R Superstar” was sidelined for several weeks, but he returned at WWE SummerSlam, where he helped The Mysterios beat Priest and Balor. The following night on RAW, he declared that he was going to end the Judgment Day.
On the August 8 episode of WWE RAW, before Balor faced Rey Mysterio, Priest challenged Edge to a match. He noted that he could take him out then and there, but he wanted to wait until the August 22 episode because it will be held in Edge’s home country of Canada. He stated that if Edge had a “set”, he would accept it. Priest then declared that, with the legend’s friends and family in attendance, the Judgment Day will end him.

Update: Edge subsequently accepted the challenge on RAW Talk, and he told Priest to leave his “gothic bookends” at home.
