Pretty Empowered (Ella Envy and Kenzie Paige) will defend the NWA World Women’s Tag Team Championship at NWA 74.
As announced on Busted Open Radio, Allysin Kay and Marti Belle, collectively known as The Hex, will challenge the champions for the gold in a Kingshighway Street Fight on the second night of the show.
Kay and Belle won the titles at NWA EmPowerrr on August 28, 2021. They had a lengthy reign before Paige and Envy dethroned them at NWA Alwayz Ready on June 11.

The pay-per-view will also feature a NWA World Women’s Championship match where Taya Valkyrie will challenge Kamille for the gold. Elsewhere on the show, Tyrus will challenge Trevor Murdoch for the NWA Worlds Heavyweight Championship.
