Nick Aldis will have the chance to regain the NWA Worlds Heavyweight Championship at NWA 74.
On the July 19 episode of NWA Powerrr, Aldis won the Race to the Chase Tournament finals. He defeated Brian Myers, Mike Knox, and Thom Latimer to earn a shot at the gold. Aldis previously beat Tim Storm to clinch his spot in the finals.

The match at NWA 74 will be a rematch of NWA 73, where Murdoch dethroned Aldis. Murdoch later lost the gold to Matt Cardona, but after the latter was stripped of the title due to injury, Murdoch regained the championship at NWA Alwayz Ready by defeating Aldis Latimer and Samuel Shaw.
NWA 74 will be a two-day event on August 27-28, and it will be held at Chase’s Khorassan Ballroom in St. Louis, Missouri.
