WWE RAW viewership dropped on July 4.
According to Brandon Thurston of Wrestlenomics, an average of 1.563 million viewers watched the show on Monday. In the 18 to 49 demographic, RAW scored a 0.37. For comparison, 1.951 million viewers watched the show last week, and RAW scored a 0.54 in the same demographic. It’s clear that the holiday impacted the viewership in comparison to the last couple of weeks. On July 4, the demographic rating was the show’s lowest since February 7. The overall viewership was RAW’s lowest since May 30.
The hourly breakdown is as follows:
- First hour: 1.702 million viewers, 0.40 in the 18 to 49 demographic
- Second hour: 1.661 million viewers, 0.41 in the 18 to 49 demographic
- Third hour: 1.327 million viewers, 0.31 in the 18 to 49 demographic
WWE RAW grabbed the top three spots in the demographic, according to Showbuzz Daily.
All three hours of Raw still swept the top slots for cable originals on Monday, according to Showbuzz Daily, despite the expected low holiday rating.
