The first step in Paige‘s post-WWE journey has been announced.
World Association of Wrestling has confirmed that Saraya (Paige) will be in attendance at its Frightmare IV event on October 15. Paige’s family owns WAW, so the show will be a homecoming of sorts for the former WWE Divas Champion. In the advertisement, WAW notes that Paige will be “stepping back” into the ring, but it’s unclear how she’ll be involved with the show. Paige hasn’t wrestled since December 2018 due to a neck injury that forced her to retire from active competition, but she has made it clear that she wants to wrestle again.

Paige announced that she’s leaving WWE on July 7, as her contract expires on that date; she later stated that WWE decided not to renew her contract.
