Shelton Benjamin is back!
Shelton Benjamin has only been sidelined with an injury twice in his professional wrestling career. The second of these occurrences took place in April 2022 with Shelton announcing on Twitter that he was on the shelf with an injury in May.
For only the second time In my career An injury has put me on the shelf. I’ll be back soon. In the meantime I will be putting in the work to come back better than I was before my little setback. See you guys soon!

By mid-June, Shelton was already back in the ring as he competed against Akira Tozawa during the tapings for WWE Main Event on Monday, June 13. Prior to this, the last time Shelton wrestled was during the Andre the Giant Memorial Battle Royal on WrestleMania SmackDown.
Shelton Benjamin, who has held Intercontinental, Tag Team, and United States Championship gold in WWE, was last a champion with Cedric Alexander as part of The Hurt Business. Unfortunately, MVP has said that The Hurt Business is finished and will never come back.
Cedric Alexander lost to MVP last night on Monday Night Raw and was subsequently beat up by Omos. You can check out the full results for Monday Night Raw here.
