Pretty Deadly (Kit Wilson and Elton Prince) want to be involved in WWE Clash at the Castle, the company’s first premium live event in the United Kingdom since 1992, and they have their sights set on a major title match.
In an interview with Alistair McGeorge of Metro.co.uk, the reigning NXT Tag Team Champions expressed their interest in facing The Usos, the reigning Unified WWE Tag Team Champions.
“Big Roman [Reigns], the Big Dawg, wants The Usos to unify all the championships, right? So let’s say they wanna take a trip to NXT and unify all three? There’s your dream match,” said Prince. “Obviously they ain’t got the goods, but they think they’ve got the goods. September 3rd. The first stadium show in, what, 30 years? Pretty Deadly versus The Usos for all three championships?”
“Now that sounds like a premium… live… event,” Wilson chimed in.
Wilson also acknowledged The Usos’ impressive track record and went on to tease that he and Prince could target their brother, NXT 2.0 star Solo Sikoa, to get The Bloodline’s attention.
“I think the resume speaks for itself. They’ve been in this company and dominated this company for multiple years, and they’ve changed themselves, and got better and better, said Wilson. “And I hear they’ve got a certain family member in the same brand we’re on. So we’re tempted – I’m not saying we will, but we might jump him in the parking lot, just see what happens. Just a little message”
Pretty Deadly will defend the NXT Tag Team Championship against the Creed Brothers at WWE NXT In Your House on June 4.
