It certainly sounds like season two of Heels will feature a lot more stars from the world of professional wrestling than the first season did.
While season one featured the likes of CM Punk, Mick Foley, and Doc Gallows, it appears that season two will have several more notable roles compared to the first season.
Not only has it been previously reported that CM Punk of All Elite Wrestling is scheduled to have a much bigger role in the second season, but Mike Johnson of PWInsider is also reporting that IMPACT Wrestling stars Jordynne Grace and Savannah Evans were in Georgia this week filming for the show. Johnson was also able to confirm that All Elite Wrestling‘s Serena Deeb recently filmed content for the show as well.
Based on the way the first season ended (we won’t spoil it), it’s not surprising that the show has decided to bring in more women for season two.
Throughout the first season of Heels, there was plenty of coverage here at WrestleZone, which you can check out by clicking here.
WrestleZone’s own Bill Pritchard also spoke to Luke Hawx about his experience on Heels as the lead wrestling coordinator of the series. You can check that out in the embedded video below.
