WWE Hall of Famer Ric Flair is reportedly training to return to the ring.
Flair, 73, hasn’t wrestled since 2011, but according to Dave Meltzer of the Wrestling Observer, “The Nature Boy” is gearing up so he can potentially lace up his boots again. Meltzer noted that the rumors surrounding his return are “accurate.”
In the legend’s last match, he lost to Sting on an episode of IMPACT Wrestling in 2011.
On May 13, Flair shared a video of himself training alongside AEW star Jay Lethal in a post on Twitter.
Like I Said- It’s All About The Fundamentals. If You Can’t Punch, You Can’t Kick, You Can’t Work! WOOOOO! @TheLethalJay pic.twitter.com/1DxzGvQHab

Flair and WWE parted ways in 2021; he subsequently appeared at AAA Triplemania XXIX and NWA 73. He has largely been absent from wrestling since the airing of the controversial Dark Side of Ring episode about the Plane Ride From Hell. In the episode, a flight attendant accused Flair of sexual assault, and he denied these claims.
