Tammy Sytch is back behind bars after she had her bail revoked by a Florida judge on Friday morning.
Sytch was in court on Friday morning for a hearing to determine if her bail would be revoked as she awaits a trial for her role in a fatal car accident that took place in March.
Sytch was arrested on May 6 and charged on nine counts, including DUI manslaughter, in relation to a crash that killed a 75-year-old Florida resident named Julian Lasseter. Prosecutors filed a motion to revoke her bail on May 9, and the hearing was set for Friday morning. According to the filing, prosecutors argued that Sytch was a danger to the community due to having three previous DUI convictions and the fact that she continued to drive without a license. The state also argued that Sytch violated her probation related to the three DUI arrests in Pennsylvania, noting she was also remanded and sent to jail for previous violations of her probation. Sytch will be arraigned on May 31 in Volusia County Court.
