Tony D’Angelo has a couple of capos in his crew.
“The Don of NXT” took on Von Wagner in singles action on the April 26 episode of WWE NXT 2.0, but Legado Del Fantasma came down in the ring to cause a ruckus. Two individuals in fedoras came out to pull LDF off the apron, but it allowed Santos Escobar to sneak up on D’Angelo and hit him in the leg with a lead pipe. The assault ultimately led to Wagner getting the pinfall win against D’Angelo.

Later in the show, Tony introduced his new enforcers Tommy Donovan and “Stacks” Lorenzo. He then made it clear that he wants to have a “sit down” next week with Escobar at NXT Spring Breakin’. The two men have been feuding since D’Angelo became “The Don”, as he feels that Escobar has disrespected him. This “sit-down” will join the following that’s on tap for next week:
- Natalya & Lash Legend vs. Nikita Lyons & Cora Jade
- NXT North American Championship: Cameron Grimes (c) vs. Solo Sikoa vs. Carmelo Hayes
- Creed Brothers vs. Viking Raiders
- Nathan Frazer vs. Grayson Waller
- NXT Championship: Bron Breakker (c) vs. Joe Gacy
