Kevin Owens has no shortage of people he wants to work with in WWE.
Following his epic match against Stone Cold Steve Austin at WrestleMania 38, many members of the WWE Universe questioned what was left for Kevin Owens to accomplish in WWE. But if you ask KO, there are still plenty of fun matches for him to have going forward.
During an appearance on WWE After The Bell with Corey Graves, Owens said he just wants to do fun stuff in WWE now. Stating he’d love to get back into the ring with the likes of Edge, Randy Orton, and Roman Reigns. He also revealed that he’s never had a singles match against Rey Mysterio.
“It’s ready hard to answer that question,” Kevin Owens admitted. “Like I said, my mindset has changed so much, and I just wanna do fun stuff. But if I could pick anybody that I’d love to go up against, besides the new people, you know I wear a Rey Mysterio shirt 24/7, 365. I’d love to have a singles match against this guy, never happened. I’d love to do something with Edge, you know, we obviously had a match at Madison Square Garden, that was pretty surreal. But I’d love to do something on television with him. I’d love to have something substantial with Randy Orton. I’ve had matches with Randy but we’ve never had anything big, we’ve never had a story, we’ve never had a match with a lot of [stakes], I’d love to do something like that with him. And there’s always Roman. I feel like Roman and I have unfinished business. And I think what we did at the beginning of last year in the ThunderDome in front of no audience really had people talking. I cannot imagine what we could do in front of full buildings together.”
