Jack Evans has announced that his time with All Elite Wrestling has come to an end.
In a tweet on April 19, he stated that he won’t be re-signed when his contract expires at the end of the month. He thanked AEW and the fans and noted that his time with the company has been “fun and enjoyable.”
My time with #AEW has been a fun and enjoyable but it has come to an end as I will not be re-signed when my contract ends at the end of April. I'd like to thank everyone at AEW and the AEW fans for the opportunity.

Evans has been with AEW from the start, as he signed with the promotion in May 2019 and competed at its inaugural pay-per-view, Double or Nothing. Evans competed as a member of The Hybrid 2 alongside Angelico. The duo later aligned with the Hardy/Andrade Family Office.
Evans is an accomplished wrestler outside of AEW; he is a four-time AAA World Tag Team Champion, a former PWG World Tag Team Champion, and a former Lucha Underground Trios Champion, among other accolades.
In addition to Evans, another long-time AEW name, Marko Stunt, was also reportedly informed that the company won’t be renewing his contract.
