For the first time since July 28, 2008, WWE has brought back Saturday Night’s Main Event. The shows will now be run every Saturday night as live events, untelevised and exclusive to those attending in person.
Erie, Pennsylvania was the location for the inaugural live event edition of the show, the 37th overall, which featured superstars from both RAW & SmackDown. WWE will return to hosting one live event per night after their typical holiday and WrestleMania stretch of running two per night.
Wrestlezone’s John Clark was in attendance at the show and all results below are courtesy of John.
- United States Championship: Finn Balor defeated Theory
