AEW Rampage delivered a star-studded episode on March 4.

Tonight’s show features a handful of big matches, including Sammy Guevara defending his TNT Championship against Darby Allin and Andrade El Idolo, continuing a feud between the trio that has been going on for a few weeks. Elsewhere in the night, Christian Cage will face off against Ethan Page in a Face of the Revolution Qualifying Match, with the winner advancing into the ladder match at Sunday’s pay-per-view.

Plus, Keith Lee will have a “tune-up” match against JD Drake.

The results are as follows:

Match 1 – Sammy Guevara def. Darby Allin and Andrade El Idolo via pinfall – AEW TNT Championship

In a huge Triple Threat Match to kick off the night, it was Sammy Guevara who would walk out on top. In what ended up being a relatively quick match, Guevara nearly lost the title after Allin threw Guevara out of the ring and hit the Coffin Drop on Andrade. However, a flying splash by Guevara stopped Allin from winning, and he quickly covered a downed Andrade to win and retain his title.

In an in-ring segment after Guevara’s win, Alex Abrahantes, Penta El Zero, and PAC all stood in the ring to address the House of Black. He said that while they may still be down a man in Rey Fenix, there’s still three of them and three of the House of Black. They were interrupted, however, by Malakai Black, Brody King, and Buddy Matthews, who came down to the ring. Despite the interruption, Abrahantes said that they had a monster of their own.

Out came none other than Erick Redbeard (a.k.a. Erick Rowan), who stormed into the ring and began taking out various security guards. Redbeard then watched as Penta grabbed one of the security guards’ arms, wrenching it back until it broke and leaving the House of Black to watch on. After the segment, an AEW Revolution pre-show match was confirmed, with House of Black taking on Pac, Pena, and Redbeard.

Match 2 – Keith Lee def. JD Drake via pinfall

In what amounted to an incredibly quick match, Lee was able to dominate his opponent from the start. Things ended when Lee caught Drake in midair and then proceeded to lift him up onto his shoulders before slamming him down for the win.

Match 3 – Serena Deeb def. Leila Grey via submission

The Professor’s five-minute challenge continued this week, with Deeb taking down Leila Grey in more than enough time. Late in the match, Grey attempted to run out the clock by rolling out of the ring, but Deeb chased her down and threw her back in. Once in the ring, Deeb then locked in a facelock on Grey that forced her to tap out.

Macth 4 – Christian Cage def. Ethan Page via pinfall – Face of the Revolution Qualifying Match

In an incredible match to close out the episode, both Cage and Page gave it their all in the ring. However, late in the match, Cage was able to summon just enough strength to walk out with the win. After Page attempted to hit the Ego’s Edge on  him, Cage countered it into a Killswitch for the win.

Following the win, Jungle Boy and Luchasaurus came out to the ring to celebrate with him, but were interrupted by Bobby Fish, Kyle O’Reilly, and The Young Bucks (Matt Jackson and Nick Jackson), who all came down to stand by the bottom of the ramp. O’Reilly and Matt Jackson then each took one of the AEW World Tag Team Championships and began to taunt Jungle Boy and Luchasaurus. The champions got the last laugh, though, as Jungle Boy quickly dove over the ringside and onto the group before gathering up the belts and taking them back into the ring.
