Kurt Angle may be making his way back to WWE.
According to Fightful’s Sean Ross Sapp, WWE Hall of Famer Kurt Angle has been in talks to return to the company in an on-screen capacity.
The report comes after Angle himself said on his podcast, The Kurt Angle Show, that he’ll be back on WWE programming “for the next month or so”. PWInsider recently reported that Angle was seen backstage at the Royal Rumble this past weekend and filmed content for the WWE Network’s ‘Table For 3’ show during his stay in St. Louis.
Angle hasn’t appeared on WWE TV since he announced Riddle’s WWE debut in May 2020. The company had previously released him from his contract on April 15, 2020.
