Cupid’s bow has been drawn for WWE NXT Vengeance Day. It was announced before the airing of the January 25 episode of NXT that Vengeance Day would be making its return to programming this year. The broadcast team confirmed the news during the episode on Tuesday, with Vic Joseph adding that the event will be highlighted by the finals of the Men’s Dusty Rhodes Tag Team Classic.

It was MSK who won the tournament at last year’s event, which was main-evented by Finn Balor retaining his NXT Championship against Pete Dunne. The 2022 edition will also feature an NXT North American Championship match, in which Carmelo Hayes will defend the gold against Cameron Grimes.
