The feud between Naomi and Sonya Deville continues to heat up on WWE SmackDown, and Charlotte Flair has gotten involved in recent weeks.
Naomi and Deville had a heated backstage confrontation on the January 14 episode, and the WWE official called the former champion a “supporting character.” The two rivals nearly came to blows later in the night until Adam Pearce got involved. When Naomi referenced how Deville blatantly cost her against Flair last week. Pearce was on board with her argument and gave her another match with the reigning SmackDown Women’s Champion on the following week’s episode. If Naomi can defeat “The Queen,” she’ll earn a title shot.
