If you’ve been missing the Elimination Chamber match, you’re in luck because WWE is reportedly bringing it back for their Premium Live Event this February in Saudi Arabia.
According to Sean Ross Sapp of Fightful Select, WWE will be bringing back the Elimination Chamber match for their return to Saudi Arabia on Saturday, February 19. It is unknown at this time whether the event will also be named after the match type as many older WWE pay-per-views have been for the last decade.
Sapp reports that there have been rumblings of bringing the Elimination Chamber to Saudi Arabia since their last event was held there in November. So this isn’t a last-minute decision and has been part of the companies plans for the last few months.
While the Elimination Chamber pay-per-view didn’t start until 2010, the match concept has been around since 2002 and debuted at WWE’s Survivor Series pay-per-view event.
