Maria Kanellis-Bennett has announced that fans can expect to see a documentary about the ROH Women’s World Championship Tournament soon.
In a tweet, “The First Lady of ROH” responded to the question, “What are you looking forward to the most this year?” Kanellis-Bennett named the documentary, which she and Bobby Cruise first discussed on the newest episode of the ROHStrong Podcast. There, she confirmed that the program will air on ROH TV and the company’s YouTube channel. Kanellis-Bennett and Cruise both led the team behind the resurgent ROH women’s division in 2021.
In her tweet, Kanellis-Bennett teased that two more announcements are “coming soon.”

The bracket for the tournament was announced at ROH Best in the World 2021, and it stretched throughout the summer. The competition culminated at ROH Death Before Dishonor, where Rok-C defeated Miranda Alize to win the title. ROH is currently on hiatus while the company “reimagines” itself, but the documentary will shine the spotlight on one of the highlights of a memorable 2021 for the promotion.
WrestleZone will provide more details as they become available.
