Pro Wrestling Guerrilla (PWG) has announced Alex Shelley as the second entrant in the 2022 Battle of Los Angeles tournament, which will be held on January 29 and January 30.
Shelley is the reigning IWTV Independent Wrestling World Champion, and he is a former tag team champion in TNA/IMPACT Wrestling and Ring of Honor. He recently returned to the independent circuit, and he has been competing all over the country. Shelley unsuccessfully challenged PWG World Champion Bandido at PWG’s “It’s a Long Way to the Top (If You Wanna Rock ‘n’ Roll)” show in November.
