Dave Bautista is set to star in M. Night Shyamalan’s latest film, “Knock in the Cabin”, according to a recent report from The Hollywood Reporter.
As of this writing, few details about the film, which is being produced Universal, are available. Like to many other of his projects, Shyamalan will both write and direct the film. “Knock in the Cabin” will mark the newest film for the legendary director, following 2021’s “Old”, which came out earlier this year to mixed reviews.
For Bautista, this opportunity will be yet another big role in a resume that continues to grow. After the former WWE Champion stopped wrestling full-time in 2010, Bautista has gone on to act in a variety of films, most notably the Guardians of the Galaxy franchise for Marvel Studios, where he plays Drax. The actor has also performed in a number of other high-profile films, including “Spectre”, “Blade Runner 2049”, “Army of the Dead”, and “Dune”.
