All good things must come to an end… even for The Undertaker.
WWE legend The Undertaker recently appeared on ‘The Bump’ and said ‘it’s time to put away’ his ‘Deadman’ moniker and enjoy other aspects of being in WWE, including being an ambassador for the company.
“That Undertaker character, obviously has served me really well but it’s also time to put that away and be able to still use the 30 years that I’ve been on WWE TV and still do things. It’s fun, obviously, I’m a Cowboys fan and I love being in AT&T Stadium, the WrestleMania there was just incredible when we were there before, the Jones family is awesome, they really are, they’re such gracious hosts and it was so nice, it was fun to get out there and as great as the character was and everything that we got to do, I was kind of boxed into what I could and couldn’t do, right? So, now that it’s off, this is what’s left.”
The Undertaker has also said that feels “somewhere caught in the middle of his American Bad Ass character and his WWE character. Cowboys owner Jerry Jones also did some press leading into the WrestleMania On-Sale Ticket Party this month and said he is impressed with what Vince McMahon has built WWE into.
