WWE NXT WarGames is right around the corner, and the November 16 episode of NXT 2.0 clearly set up a potential match inside the infamous structure for the show.
In the main event, Raquel Gonzalez faced her bitter rival, Dakota Kai, but NXT Women’s Champion Mandy Rose and the rest of Toxic Attraction attacked “Big Mami Cool” to ruin the bout. The group, alongside Kai, proceeded to beat up Gonzalez. When Cora Jade tried to make the save, she fell victim to the numbers game, but the arrival of Zoey Stark offered some hope. Though she’s injured, Stark made her way to the ramp and gave Io Shirai one of her crutches so the former champion could help Gonzalez and the others clear the ring of Kai and Toxic Attraction.
Shirai proceeded to simply say, “WarGames” as her way of issuing the challenge for the special event on December 5.

Though the match wasn’t confirmed, it’s fair to expect WWE to officially announce it for NXT WarGames sooner rather than later.
