Seth Rollins once again took to the ring during tonight’s episode of Friday Night SmackDown to challenge Edge to return and see him face-to-face. Thankfully for Rollins, he got his response shortly after, as the WWE Hall of Famer announced that he’ll see Edge on next week’s show. WWE later confirmed the news.
During SmackDown on Friday night, Rollins said that he’s still gotten no response from Edge regarding his ultimatum from last week, when he challenged “The Rated R Superstar” to another match. The former WWE Universal Champion stated that Edge’s silence on the situation was proof that he was “hurt bad,” but that didn’t excuse his lack of an answer.

Rollins then gave Edge another ultimatum — either Edge can show up next week on SmackDown and tell the world that Rollins is superior to him in every way, or “SmackDown’s Savior” will find out where Edge sleeps and “beat” those same words out of him in front of his family.
Shortly after the segment aired, “The Ultimate Opportunist” took to social media and stated that he will be at SmackDown next week, setting the stage for a huge confrontation between two bitter enemies. Later on Friday night, WWE officially announced that the Hall of Famer will indeed be on the show, which will ironically be the first night of this year’s draft.
