Darby Allin & Sting were the recipients of various attacks at the hands of FTR over the past couple of weeks, but they were finally able to gain some revenge during tonight’s “Grand Slam” edition of AEW Dynamite.
In a tag team match between the duos, Dax Hardwood and Allin started things off, as the two took the fight to each other. Cash Wheeler eventually got involved to help beat Allin down. Even Sting tagged in, “The Icon” was quickly sent into the corner and beaten down by FTR.

Following some more back-and-forth between the teams, Sting shocked the crowd by dropping Wheeler to the floor and landing a huge diving crossbody attack. The WWE Hall of Gamer Sting then quickly saved Allin from Harwood before he planted Wheeler with the Scorpion Death Drop.
With Harwood now the legal man in the match, Sting continued to try and secure the victory. After he trapped Harwood in the corner, Sting went for his signature splash, but he stopped just short due to Tully Blanchard wedging a chair into the corner, hoping to interfere. Instead, Sting sent Harwood heard-first into the chair before he trapped him in the Scorpion Deathlock for the win.
