Brian Cage has made his intentions clear against Ricky Starks. “The Machine” posted two clips on Twitter of him telling his former Team Taz member that they both want to end this feud and Cage is prepared to do so. He talks about how Starks has cost him several matches throughout their partnership before Team Taz stabbed him in the back at Fyter Fest. Cage is all but ready to shut Starks down for good and goes on to say he has sets his sights on a new target.
“Let’s just cut to the chase Ricky,” Cage said. “I know we’re both sick and tired of this. Let’s just do this mono-a-mono and take this “absolute” ass whooping that’s coming to you. Cause I’m absolutely going to get my shit in and then I’m absolutely going to move on to bigger and better things because once I finally close the door and seal the deal with this, there’s something else I got in mind. Yeah. There’s a certain ‘God’s Favorite Champion’ that I think needs to meet ‘God’s Favorite Machine.’ You already know nobody’s better.”

Starks said just as much on the 9/8 episode of AEW Dynamite as the FTW Champion wants their long-standing feud to come to a close, but believes it will end in his favor.
