Backstage Update On Zelina Vega’s WWE Return
Zelina Vega is back with WWE just months after being released due to budget cuts. PWInsider is reporting additional details regarding the decision to bring Vega back.
According to the report, a majority of backstage executives agreed that Vega should not have been released and pushed upper management to bring her back. It was also reported that many WWE executives responsible for the release were deeply apologetic to Vega and made a substantial offer to her in order to persuade her to come back.
It is believed that she officially signed a new deal in May but officials were waiting for the right time to bring her back to TV. Vega has deleted all of the tweets she originally posted about pro wrestlers unionizing.
