Roman Reigns‘ heelish moniker could soon be a property of WWE. Earlier this week, the company filed a trademark for the term “Head Of The Table.” The filing was made on June 15, 2021 and is listed under “goods and services” with a focus on clothing so as follows:
“C 025. US 022 039. G & S: Clothing, namely, tops, shirts, jackets, sweatshirts, hoodies; outerwear, namely, coats; bottoms, pants, shorts, underwear, dresses, pajamas, lingerie, clothing ties, scarves, gloves, swimwear; Halloween and masquerade costumes; footwear, namely, shoes, sneakers, slippers, flip flops, boots; headwear, namely, hats, caps; wrist bands as clothing; bandanas.”
Who wouldn’t want a pair of “Head Of The Table” pajamas while you’re chomping down that third and unneccesary bowl of Cinnamon Toast Crunch? The Big Dog’s gotta eat and hammering out merchandise with his now much familiarized identity could be extremely beneficial not just to WWE but to your reigning defending Universal Champion who is just stone-faced waiting to be acknowledged. Reigns further cemented the appropriateness of that moniker as he managed to defeat Rey Mysterio in the confines of the Hell In A Cell on SmackDown this past Friday. After a pretty solid rift between he and Jimmy Uso, Jimmy ended up acknowledging Reigns to end the show.
