Tony Khan says big name talent showing up at AEW Revolution is one of his all-time favorites.
The AEW President appeared on Busted Open Radio this morning and was asked by host Dave LaGreca if the tease made by Paul Wight on this past Wednesday’s Dynamite that this “Hall of Fame worthy” talent will be the news heard round the wrestling world come Monday Morning.
“Yes. It’s one of my all-time favorite wrestlers I’m very excited about,” Tony simply stated.
“He’s coming. He’s gonna do great things for us. He’s committed. He’s going to sign a contract on Sunday at Revolution on PPV and we’re going to have all these great matches and also we’ll have this big news coming out of the show,” Tony said before referring to Mark Henry’s anticipation at who this person could be, “You’ll be very excited. It’s gonna be really cool.”
The wrestling news wire has been chock full of AEW announcements over the course of the past week and that includes the signing of the aforementioned Wight and that Hall of Fame worthy star isn’t the only wrestler making a monumental appearance at Revolution. A new talent will be entering as the sixth contestant in the Face of The Revolution Ladder Match which already includes Cody Rhodes, Penta El Zero M, Lance Archer, Scorpio Sky and Max Caster. Let the speculation continue through Sunday evening.
