Bobby Lashley Wants To Face Drew McIntyre, Thinks A Match With Brock Lesnar Is More Possible Now

“The Almighty” has his sights set on two of the biggest stars in the wrestling industry.

In a recent interview with Ryan Satin of FOX Sports, WWE Champion Bobby Lashley named Drew McIntyre and Brock Lesnar as two men he wants to face. First, Lashley emphasized that he has what it takes to defeat McIntyre in what could be an electric bout.

“Drew has been one of the most dominant WWE Champions in history” said Lashley.  “In history. He’s definitely a force to be reckoned with, and to have a match against Drew would be just incredible,” he said. “Because, right now, Drew is unstoppable. ‘The Chosen One.’ But the only man that can stop Drew [points to self]. The betting odds are gonna go crazy on that one. Me against Drew. What’s the over/under. Who wins that? Who’s the favorite? And if you say him, you’re wrong!”

As for Lesnar, Lashley doubled down on his previous comments about a match with “The Beast Incarnate.” Lashley stated that his newfound status as the WWE Champion might motivate Lesnart knock on his door.

“Before, it was one of those things where everybody said they wanted to see that match, and that match was probably not ever gonna come,” said Lashley.” “[I] didn’t have anything that he wanted. But I do now. So it’s different. We’ll see. We’ll see if ‘The Beast’ comes back out to play.”

Regardless, Lashley sits atop WWE RAW right now. With the gold around his waist, he’s the man to beat on the road to WrestleMania.
