The Undertaker Says It’s Time For Him To Rest In Peace

At WWE Survivor Series, several legends assembled to honor The Undertaker in his Final Farewell. Shane McMahon, JBL, The Big Show, Jeff Hardy, Mick Foley, The Godfather, Savio Vega, Rikishi, Kevin Nash, Booker T, Ric Flair, Triple H, Kane, and The Godwinns all came to the ring.

After a lengthy video package, Vince McMahon stood in the ring and reflected on The Undertaker’s career. “Tonight marks the end of an era,” said McMahon. “Tonight we say goodbye.”

“The Phenom” himself came to the ring with a modified version of his entrance. In an address to the crowd, he said he’s been laying people to rest for three decades. “My time has come,” he stated. “My time has come to let The Undertaker rest in peace.” He did his signature pose, and Paul Bearer’s face appeared on the video screen. “The Phenom” did his throat-slashing taunt and walked away one last time.
