Nikki Bella and John Cena had a very public relationship for 6 years. The WWE Universe got to watch their relationship play out on the Total Bellas reality show, culminating with a very public engagement that took place at WrestleMania 33 in 2017.
Ultimately, John and Nikki were not able to make the relationship work and both have since moved on to new relationships with Nikki Bella recently having her first child with fiance Artem Chigvintsev and John Cena recently remarrying, this time to longtime girlfriend, Shay Shariatzadeh.
Nikki Bella revealed to Us Weekly that John Cena reached out to both her and her sister, Brie Bella, when the pair gave birth to their sons earlier this year.
“So with the baby, he reached out to Brie and I both. We haven’t had an individual conversation in gosh, I don’t know how long, but it was very short and sweet!”

Nikki Bella would continue, saying that she and John will always be connected and that she’s happy to see him happy and succeeding in the movie business.
“John and I will be tied forever,” she said. “I get that, like, we had a public relationship on a reality show for six years. All I’ve ever wanted was for him to be happy. So, it makes me happy when I see that and, like, him kicking butt in the movie world and all that stuff. I love that!”
The Bella Twins recently revealed that they may have one more run in them inside of a WWE ring. The pair was supposed to be inducted into the Hall of Fame in 2020 before the global pandemic canceled all WrestleMania weekend events.
