After taking down her long-time rival in Bayley, Sasha Banks came down to the Friday Night SmackDown ring tonight to brag about the win. However, Bayley very quickly came out, challenging her to a rematch next week that was very quickly accepeted.
In the ring, Banks said that it was the end of an era, and that while Bayley was her best friend, she realized their friendship was not as unbreakable as she thought. Now, Banks says, she’s moving on to Survivor Series, where she’ll take on Asuka in a champion vs. champion match. Bayley came down to the ring at that point, telling Banks that she may have won the title, but won’t be able to keep it. She told Banks that she knows she can’t take down Asuka, and challenged her to a match for the title next week to do her a favor. After the segment, WWE confirmed that a title match between the two would occur next week, which will undoubtedly be a big contest.
