New Japan Pro Wrestling will present the 30th G1 Climax Finals on Sunday. The show will be headlined by Kota Ibushi facing SANADA for the right to wrestle in the main event of Wrestle Kingdom 15.
The show will also feature the in-ring debut of Will Ospreay’s yet-unnamed faction, as he’ll team with the returning Great-O-Kharn. They’ll face SHO & Kazuchika Okada. Okada will be seeking revenge for Ospreay’s betrayal at the A Block finals.
Junior heavyweights like Taiji Ishimori, El Desperado, and more will return after a month break, getting their first warm ups before next month’s Best of Super Juniors tournament.
