Retribution Member Calls Out Eric Bischoff
Retribution’s leader T-BAR (Dominic Dijakovic) has been active on twitter all week defending his faction and WWE’s creative direction with the team.
Eric Bischoff criticized the stable on the latest episode of the After 83 Weeks with Christy Olson podcast, saying that “the story is nonsencial, and for lack of a better word, sucks.”
Bischoff continued, explaining that Retribution isn’t working because there’s no story and no answer to why they are there in WWE.
“Whatever character you’re going to launch, that angle, that story, has to begin with either an inciting incident, as you would say in the film industry, or an angle, as you would refer to it probably in wrestling…But there has to be a reason for it. You have to be able to answer the question why.”
This didn’t sit well for T-BAR, who took to Twitter to give some criticism of his own. T-BAR said, “You are a huge inspiration for #RETRIBUTION! We too aspire to one day destroy a billion dollar wrestling company and bury it under fiery wreckage.”
